Please note that this deletion policy specifically applies to KYC documents submitted for credit facilitating services. If you have any other requests for the destruction of your Personal Information and/or Data, please follow the consent withdrawal mechanism mentioned in section 3.5 above.


Disclosure for Law Enforcement and other legal necessity:


  1. We may use or disclose your Personal Data in response to statutory or legal requirements. If we believe that you may cause harm to our property, rights, or the rights of other users of our Platform, we may use and disclose your Personal Data.
